Refunds and Returns

Used Merchandise/Thrift Products (Color Tags)

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience. Please inspect your used (Thrift) items prior to purchase for condition. Due to the fact that each item is unique to our store and has been previously used, our policy is that all used (Thrift) Merchandise is Sold "As-Is."  No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges on used Thrift items.

New Merchandise (White Tags)

New products have a 5-day return policy.  Please contact the store manager for all returns on new merchandise purchased at our down-town store location.  These items must be returned in the orignal packing and all tags must present.  Proof of purchase is required, so be sure to keep your receipt, it must be presented at time of exchange.

Refund Policy:

• Cash Purchases - items refunded that were purchased with cash will be refunded with cash after receipt verification. This type of refund action is only good up to $100.00 depending on the availability of funds. Higher refund amounts may require a company check to be issued.

• Credit/Debit Card Purchases - a credit refund will be authorized back to your credit or debit card. The credit memo will appear on your credit/debit card account based on your account policies and agreements between credit/debit companies. Barknarkles has no control on how long it will take for the credit refund to be processed.

• Check purchases - items purchased by check will be delayed in refunding until the original check clears our merchant bank in McGregor, MN.  This process could take 10-15 days. Upon confirmation that the original check has cleared, Barknarkles will issue a check to the consumer either in person with proper identification or via mail as requested by the consumer. We will notify you when the refund is ready and we will stay in contact with you until this refund process is closed.

• Merchandise Exchange - like items (new products only) maybe exchanged instead of a refund provided at the discretion of Barknarkles and in coordination with the customer.  Contact us to discuss further.
